Sichuan-style crab
This dish was my stolen at a famous Sichuan Pavilion, because love their crab, importunity that beg for masters taught. Very delicious and very tasty, even the rest of the juice couldn't resist to mix rice ~~~ingredients: crabs
ingredients: salad oil, salt, onion, ginger, garlic, wine, tomato sauce, bean sauce, white sugar, white wine
practice:
1 small brush, live crab NET, ripping, crack crab legs to throw a knife, sprayed with a little white wine, sprinkle a little flour (mainly yellow cut)
net pot 2, oil heat in the three or four garlic-fried sweet, small fires in a crab under FRY, Cook cooking cover lid dishing out the proper temprature stew 5-7 minutes (must be a small fire cannot burn)
